Your order data and contact details are stored in our centralised database. This same database contains all of our customer information irrespective of where our customers have purchased from. The same security is given to your data regardless of where you’ve purchased from.
We operate CCTV in our retail stores for the prevention and detection of crime, and to monitor any health and safety risks. Access to these systems is restricted to authorised members of our Head Office staff. Images may be shared with the Police and other third-party regulators when we have a lawful reason to provide them with this information.
