How to Click and Collect
If you would like to collect your item in store, first you need to check the product is in stock at the your local branch.
To check the product is in stock you will find a 'Stock available to collect now" widget below the add to basket button on each of the product pages
Enter your post code and click 'check stock', a pop-up will display with the stock availability at your local stores.
If the store you wish to collect from is showing the item as in stock, add the item to your basket and proceed through to checkout.
At the checkout stage, you will see the option to select the 'Click & Collect' delivery method, enter your post code and click the 'search' button, you will be presented with the nearest store to you with the item in stock, select the store and proceed to payment
Once completed the payment for your order, you will receive an order confirmation email PLEASE WAIT, this is only to confirm your order has been placed, we will send you a notification email or SMS when your item is ready to collect from the store.
When can I collect my order form store?
For orders that are in stock at your local store, orders can be ready within 2 hours.
We will notify you via SMS when your order is ready to collect.
Our Click & Collect service is available during store opening times:
- Monday - Saturday: 09:30am to 6:00pm
- Sunday: 11:00am to 5:00pm

You can pay for a product online, in full, and collect the item in-store within 2 hours (providing the item is in stock at your required location).
What you need to bring with you when you collect your order
You will need to bring the following with you when your order is ready to collect;
- Confirmation Email and/or Order Number
- Photographic ID
