Check your emails from us
Once an order has been placed you should receive three emails from us in sequence as follows;
- Email 1 - "Your PMT Online Order Confirmation" - This email is sent shortly after the order has been placed and is your confirmation that we have received and are processing the order, in this email we will also confirm the delivery method that was selected at checkout. If Next Day delivery was selected, the order was placed before 3pm and the product is in stock, then your order will be picked and dispatched the same day. If the order is placed after 3pm your order will be picked and dispatched the following day.
- Email 2 - "Your PMT Online Order has Shipped" - Once your order has been shipped, we will send you an email confirmation that the item is now with DPD and provide you with a tracking link or tracking id.
- Email 3 - "Your PMT order will be delivered today between XX:XX-XX:XX" - DPD will send you an email confirmation on the day of delivery, stating the hour window the delivery is to be expected.

Once you have received Email 2 - "Your PMT Online Order has Shipped" use the tracking link/number to get updates on the status of your delivery and where it is.
